Orders that can't be delivered

If an order fails or can't be delivered, the full amount is returned to your wallet automatically. You do not need to ask, and you are never charged twice for the same order.

An order whose outcome is unclear is held for review rather than retried, and the money stays reserved for you until it is settled.

Warranty

A product that carries a warranty states its length on the product page. If a delivered item stops working within that period, use “Report a problem” on the delivery message or open a ticket.

Questions about a payment

Use the /paysupport command in the bot or open a ticket from the Help menu and include the order number.
